Harjot Singh Bains launched the Mann Ka Munafah campaign from the village Majri Gujjars.

Kiratpur Sahib/Bharatgarh 22nd September: Cabinet Minister Harjot Singh Bains today launched the Ghar-Ghar Maan Da Munafa campaign from his constituency village Majri Gujjaran, to deliver the report card of his government’s four and a half years of work directly to the homes of the people. During this, while giving information about the ‘Maan Da Munafa’ campaign, he said that the direct financial benefits of the government’s work are being delivered to the people. He said that every family is getting benefits of lakhs of rupees through free electricity, health services, education and other pro-people decisions including ‘Maaan-Dhiyan Satkar Yojana’.

The overwhelming response received from the people of the constituency during this campaign also showed great enthusiasm among the AAP volunteers. He said that while our aim is to extend the benefits of public welfare and pro-people schemes to every eligible needy person, the decisions taken by the Bhagwant Mann government of Punjab are also to be taken to every door. He said that the Punjab government led by Bhagwant Mann, Chief Minister of Punjab, is seeking support from the people on the basis of the work done at the ground level.
During the door-to-door campaign, Cabinet Minister Harjot Singh Bains visited various houses in Majri Gujjars and met families and interacted with people from different sections of the society including the elderly, women, youth and children. He listened to the views of the people, discussed the work done by the Mann government in the last four and a half years and explained how the common families are being directly benefited through various schemes.
Mr. Harjot Singh Bains said that my entire team and our supporters will go to every house with a report card of the work done by the Mann Sarkar for Punjab in the last four and a half years. He said that we have implemented all the guarantees given in 2022 at the ground level. With facilities like free electricity, better schools and Aam Aadmi clinics, every family is now saving about a thousand rupees per month. We have fulfilled our promises, that is why we have come before you today with our heads held high.”
The Cabinet Minister said that the government’s public welfare decisions have reduced the financial burden of families on essential services, due to which people are using their hard-earned money for other household needs. He said that, “Free electricity, health services, education and ‘Maawan-Dhiyan Satkar Yojana’ are helping people save their hard-earned money. He said that lakhs of families in Punjab are getting zero electricity bills.
He said, “With the reforms in government schools, the confidence of parents in providing better education to their children without expensive private fees has increased. The thinking behind these decisions is very clear – the common man’s money should be spent on the common man. Government revenue belongs to those who generate it and this money should go back to the people in the form of services that they can see, use and feel.” He said, “For the first time in the history of Punjab, crores of rupees are being given by the government to every village for development works. Now every village, irrespective of which party it supports, is being considered as an equal beneficiary of the state’s resources. In Sri Anandpur Sahib constituency, record registrations have been made for the Mother Daughter Satkar Yojana and Chief Minister Health Card and record number of people have become beneficiaries. All the roads in the constituency have been made 18 feet wide, water has been supplied up to Changar, on which crores of rupees have been spent, bridges are being built in the valleys, there has been a notable improvement in health facilities. We are continuously conveying the government’s performance to the people, now this campaign has been started by our own volunteers. Which has received a huge response, we are presenting the report card of the government’s performance to every household, this is the transparency of the government.
