Rupnagar, October 1: District Mass Media Officer Mrs. Raj Rani, who has been serving in the Health Department of District Rupnagar for a long time, retired. A special function was organized by the Civil Surgeon Office Rupnagar on this occasion, in which doctors, officers and employees of the Health Department participated.
On this occasion, Civil Surgeon Dr. Sukhwinderjit Singh said that Raj Rani started her career in the year 1986 as an ANM in the Health Department and retired after completing almost 40 years of unbroken and excellent service.
She made a different identity for herself with her dedication, honesty and passion towards her work year after year. First as Block Extension Education, then as Deputy Mass Media Officer and later as Mass Media Officer, she played an important role in bringing health awareness campaigns to the common people.
Civil Surgeon Rupnagar Dr. Sukhwinderjit Singh appreciated the services of Smt. Raj Rani on this occasion and said that she always contributed to the functioning of the department with her professional vision, dedication and teamwork. Under her guidance, health awareness programs were implemented very effectively in the district. Dr. Sukhwinderjit Singh said that the department will always feel the absence of Smt. Raj Rani.
On this occasion, her colleagues also shared their experiences and said that Smt. Raj Rani has not only proved to be a good officer, but also made a special place in the hearts of everyone as a person with a friendly and cooperative nature. Her simplicity, sociable nature and seriousness towards responsibility have been an inspiration to everyone.
During the event, Smt. Raj Rani was honored by her colleagues to bid farewell to her and best wishes were given for her future life.
