20 Relationship Officer Positions Available for 12th Pass and Graduates

Rupnagar, October 5: With the objective of providing employment opportunities to unemployed youth in the district, the District Employment and Business Bureau, Rupnagar is organising weekly employment placement camps under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Aditya Dechalwal. As part of this initiative, a placement camp will be organised at the District Employment and Business Bureau, Rupnagar, on October 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Providing information about the camp, District Employment Generation, Skill Development and Training Officer Rupnagar Prabhjot Singh said that Muthoot Microfin Limited will conduct interviews for 20 posts of Relationship Officer (Field Staff) during the placement camp.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 or graduation can participate in the recruitment process. Selected candidates will receive a monthly gross salary of ₹19,000, along with CTC and incentives. Experienced candidates will be offered a monthly gross salary of ₹25,000, in addition to CTC and incentives.

He said that selected candidates will also be provided additional benefits, including PF, ESI, health insurance and life insurance, besides salary.

Both male and female candidates can participate in the interview. Applicants should be between 20 and 30 years of age.

The job locations for selected candidates will include Sri Anandpur Sahib, Rupnagar, Morinda, Dera Bassi and Kharar.
