On this occasion, SDM, Sri Chamkaur Sahib motivated the farmers of the villages not to burn stubble because doing so damages the fields, pollutes the environment and also causes a lot of problems to the passers-by on the roads. Therefore, stubble should be burnt in the fields because ploughing stubble in the fields has many benefits and the yield of the fields also increases. Apart from this, you can also get bales prepared from balers. On this occasion, SDM It was informed that meetings are also being held with the owners of machinery such as super seeder, baler etc., provided by the Agriculture Department, so that timely management of stubble can be done. On the occasion, it was also appealed that paddy should be harvested on time and paddy with high moisture content should not be brought to the market. Due to which one does not have to face any problem.
