Kiratpur Sahib 25 September: S. Harjot Singh Bains, Cabinet Minister for Education and Information and Public Relations, attended the grand Maa Bhagwati Jagran in Belian and congratulated all the residents of the area for organizing this holy religious ceremony.
In the Maa Bhagwati Jagran organized at Belian, the hymns of the Mother were sung throughout the night by famous religious singers Gautam Jalandhari and Harsh Nalagarh. A large Bhandare was also organized on this occasion.
Cabinet Minister Harjot Bains said that this entire area is colored in religious colors, there are major shrines of all religions in this area. People of every religion, class, caste participate in religious events together, this is a symbol of the strong brotherhood of this area. He said that it is a matter of great pride for me that on this religious occasion I get the opportunity to participate in this diverse religious environment.
S. Bains said that we thank the organizers, who are sharing the knowledge of our rich religious scriptures, heritage to today’s generation and are giving good morals to the coming generations.
