Man gets great guidance from Sri Ramayana written by Bhagwan Maharishi Valmiki Maharaj Ji – Harjot Bains
Kiratpur Sahib, October 08 : Maharishi Bhagwan Valmiki Sabha, Village Jeowal Kiratpur Sahib, with the support of the Sangat of the entire area, celebrated the Prakash Utsav of Bhagwan Maharishi Valmiki Ji with great devotion and enthusiasm yesterday. First, the Bhog of Sri Ramayana Ji was performed at the temple of Bhagwan Maharishi Valmiki Maharaj Ji in Village Jeowal. At 10 am, Havan Path Puja was performed, after which the flag hoisting ceremony was performed by the organizers.
After this, the religious function and Bhandara started. Constituency MLA and Education Minister Punjab Harjot Singh Bains, who specially attended this function, paid obeisance at the temple of Bhagwan Maharishi Valmiki Ji. On this occasion, while sharing religious thoughts with the congregation, he congratulated everyone on the birth anniversary of Bhagwan Maharishi Valmiki Ji and said that Bhagwan Maharishi Valmiki Ji was a very great personality who composed Sri Ramayana Ji. He said that in the Ramayana written by Bhagwan Maharishi Valmiki Ji, we get inspiration from the life of Bhagwan Sri Ram Chandra Ji to be idealistic and from Lakshman we get the lesson of respecting the elder brother and from Mata Sita Ji we get the inspiration to be a husband.
He said that Bhagwan Maharishi Valmiki Ji taught Luv Kush, the son of Bhagwan Sri Ram Chandra Ji and Mata Sita Ji, to read various scriptures, culture and scriptures, due to whose teachings he could defeat great warriors. He said that a person also gets great guidance from the life of Bhagwan Maharishi Valmiki Ji. On this occasion, the organizers of Maharishi Bhagwan Valmiki Sabha Village Jeowal Kiratpur Sahib also specially honored Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains.
On this occasion, Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains assured to help the Dharamshala. During the event, the bhajan group and various singers sang the praises of Bhagwan Maharishi Valmiki Maharaj Ji.
