JAMMU: At least four people, including two Border Security Force men, sustained minor injuries Tuesday when a bus ferrying BSF personnel for deployment on Amarnath Yatra duty collided with two other vehicles on Jammu-Srinagar NH-44 in J&K’s Ramban district.Officials said the bus first hit a passenger vehicle before crashing into a tractor-trolley along the busy highway near Peerah. “The injured people — including ASI Sanjeet Kumar and head constable Arveen Kumar — were shifted to Ramban district hospital, where they remained under treatment. Their condition was stated as stable,” an official said.“The accident led to the closure of NH-44’s uptube at the accident spot. Authorities immediately launched clearance operations to restore normal vehicular movement,” an official said.Authorities initiated an investigation into the circumstances leading to the accident, officials said.
