Mission Samarth 4.0: Two-Day Training of English Teachers Concludes Third Phase in Morinda Block

Morinda (Rupnagar): A two-day training programme for English teachers of Morinda Block was successfully conducted under Mission Samarth 4.0 at Government High School, Maroli Kalan, marking the completion of the third phase of training.
The training programme was organized under the guidance of District Education Officer Mr. Prem Kumar Mittal, Principal DIET Ms. Monica Bhutani, District Resource Coordinator Mr. Vipin Kataria, and Block Nodal Officer Mr. Surinder Kumar Ghai.
During the training session, District Resource Coordinator Mr. Vipin Kataria briefed teachers about the departmental guidelines for the upcoming academic session 2026–27. He also provided detailed information about Mission Samarth 4.0, including the process of entering and updating data on the e-Punjab portal.
Subject-wise training was imparted by Block Resource Coordinators Mr. Ajay Arora and Mr. Chander Shekhar, along with Key Resource Person (KRP) Ms. Chhavi.

The training focused on strengthening teachers’ pedagogical skills, improving classroom practices, and enhancing students’ learning outcomes through activity-based and outcome-oriented teaching methods.
Teachers participated in the programme with great enthusiasm and appreciated the initiative, stating that the training would help them implement innovative teaching strategies in classrooms more effectively.
The Education Department has announced that Mission Samarth 4.0 will be implemented from 1 April 2026, aiming to further enhance the quality of education in government schools.
