Under the direction of S. Harjot Singh Bains, Cabinet Minister for Education and Information and Public Relations Department Punjab, Ram Kumar Mukari, Chairman Saini Welfare Board Punjab reviewed the damage caused in many villages due to the water in the Sutlej River in Punjab in the past.
On this occasion, Mr. Ram Kumar Mukari said that his team is visiting Bibhor Sahib, Bandlehari, Dasgrai Dola Basti, Geowal, Tarapur as per the instructions given by Punjab Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann. The Chairman listened to the problems of the people and while inspecting the damaged buildings, assured that the government will provide full assistance to the people.

He said that the Punjab government is collecting data to provide compensation for the damage to crops, houses, livestock. Special Girdawari is going on. He said that apart from this, under the leadership of S. Bains, necessary goods, supplies, relief materials, financial assistance are also being provided to the affected families to provide immediate relief. Under his leadership, concrete reinforcement is being done around religious places and other buildings. He said that help desks have also been established, medical teams and veterinary doctors are doing ground work.
On this occasion, Gurmeet Singh Dher, Sarpanch Bandlehari Yagya Dutt Saini, Surjan Singh Saini, Ajay Saini Bandlehari, Contractor Harmanjit Singh Dasgrain, Sarpanch Kuldeep Singh Deep Dasgrain, Baba Jeevan Singh Dasgrain, Gurdial Goldy JE, Agriculture Officer Amarjit Singh, Patwari Sham Lal and village members Panchayat and villagers were present.
