Rupnagar, October 13: A one-day training session was organized for teachers of private and affiliated schools at DAV Senior Secondary School, Rupnagar today. This training was conducted under the leadership of District Education Officer, Rupnagar, Shri Prem Kumar Mittal.
The training session was conducted by District Nodal Officer (Business Blaster Program) Shri Prabhjit Singh. During this, Shri Hardeep Singh, Shri Mukesh Kumar and Shri Satnam Singh made their significant contribution as master trainers.
District Nodal Officer Shri Prabhjit Singh shared detailed information during the training session and made the teachers aware of the objective, work plan and its first phase of the program. He said that the main objective of the Business Blaster program is to awaken entrepreneurial thinking in students, motivate them to develop their ideas in the form of projects and guide them towards employment creation. He emphasized that teachers are the most important link in making this program successful. Shri Prabhjit Singh Ji informed the teachers about the various stages of the program and also gave satisfactory answers to their questions. He called upon the teachers to play an active role in instilling confidence in the children and bringing out new ideas.
The objective of the training was to provide information to the teachers regarding the first phase of the “Business Blaster Program” and to motivate them to awaken the spirit of entrepreneurship in the students.
On this occasion, Mrs. Sangeeta Rani, Principal D.A.V. Senior Secondary School Rupnagar provided the venue for the training and made excellent arrangements. All the teachers present appreciated her arrangements.
The training session was successfully completed, in which teachers from many district-level schools participated enthusiastically.
