Medical services available 24 hours a day by Bhai Ghaniya Mission- Health Minister
Shri Anandpur Sahib 17 November: 350 years of martyrdom of Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji. Keeping in mind the health safety of lakhs of people coming from India and abroad for the centenary celebrations A huge medical set-up has been prepared at Government Hospital Shri Anandpur Sahib. This is by Bhai Ghanhaiyan Mission, which carries forward the tradition of service of the descendants of Bhai Ghanhaiyan Ji. It is being ensured that no passenger feels lack of medical service.
This was expressed by Health Minister Punjab Balveer Singh during his visit to Shri Anandpur Sahib Civil Hospital. Did it after. Health Minister said that Punjab Government has started CCU unit in Civil Hospital with full preparation. Has been done, in which ventilators, central supply of oxygen and complete backup are provided. Critical care services will run 24 hours at both Sri Anandpur Sahib and Roopnagar, while Medical facilities will continue to be provided continuously in Kiratpur Sahib also.
Apart from this, 21 Aam Aadmi Clinics are already functioning, while 19 special medical posts, trolley cities, tents etc. These have been established at specific places in the city and on the route. Here blood pressure test, diabetes, dozens of other tests and other health facilities will be available 24 hours.
Daily blood donation camp will also be organized in Panj Pyaara Park. Honorable Chief Minister Punjab Shri Bhagwant Singh Mann will also participate in this blood donation campaign on 25th November. 27 special teams from different hospitals of the state will participate in this huge camp.
A special “Free Glasses Langar” is also being organized by Bhai Ghanhaiya Mission, in which eye examination is being done. And ready made near and far spectacles will be given free of cost. Along with this, doctors, NGOs and service providers from India and abroad are invited to join the service. An appeal has been made. The Health Minister said that for any medical emergency, the helpline on ‘98155-88342’ will be operational 24 hours. 24 advance life support ambulances have also been deployed at important locations. Special teams from Amritsar Medical College and Patiala Medical College also met with local doctors. Will take care of ICU arrangements. Bhai Ghanhaiya Mission said that with the grace of Guru Sahib, this service promotion will continue continuously and every The passenger will be provided with high level medical care.
