69th District School Games Wrestling Competition was concluded at Sant Baba Sham Das Wrestling Akhara, Akbarpur Magrod under the supervision of District Education Officer (S.E.) Rupnagar Mr. Prem Kumar Mittal PES. G and under the guidance of District Sports Coordinator Mrs. Sharanjit Kaur under the supervision of Convenor Mrs. Rajwant Kaur Incharge Headmaster and Vice Convenor Mr. Malkit Singh Bath DPE. Today, in these games, Mr. Gurpreet Singh Kohli distributed medals to the players and also arranged refreshments for all the players. While addressing, he said that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Sharing information about the results of under-14,17,19 year girls today, Press S. Narinder Singh Banga State Awardee said that in the under-17 year girls, in the weight category of 40 kg, Amla Hira Public School Kainour won first, Jasmine Kaur SEO Sri Chamkaur Sahib won second and Khushbu S.H.S. Manakpur won third place. In the weight category of 43 kg, Ekamjot Sahas Dumna won first and Manjot Kaur Hira Public School Kainour won second place. In the weight category of 46 kg, Simran Rahanu Hira Public School Kainour won first, Ramandeep Kaur Bibi Sharan Kaur won second and Kiranjit Kaur S.S. Rattan Garh won third place. In the weight category of 49 kg, Nancy Rana S.O.E Sri Chamkaur Sahib won first place, Hargurpreet Kaur Jesus Savior Maroli Kalan won second and Khushpreet Kaur won third place. In the weight category of 65 kg, Lakshmi S.S.S.S. Ratangarh won the first position. In the weight category of 69 kg, Savi Patel won the first position and Muskan Begum won the second position.
In the 73 kg, Sukhmanjot Kaur Bath S.H.S In the 39 kg weight category, Gurleen Kaur of National Public School, Behrampur, Zamindara, secured the first position and Sajaya Hira Public School, Kainaur, secured the second position. In the 42 kg weight category, Rijakjit Kaur of SOE Morinda secured the first position and Khushpreet Kaur of S.H.S. Semphalpur secured the second position. In the 46 kg weight category, Simran of S.H.S. Manakpur secured the first position, Ekamjot Kaur of Hira Public School, Kainaur secured the second position and Sukhmanpreet Kaur of Punjab National Public School, Behrampur, Zamindara secured the third position. In the 50 kg weight category, Saanvi Rana of S.H.S. Manakpur secured the first position and Simran Kaur of S.H.S. Dumna secured the second position. In the 54 kg weight category, Dimple of S.H.S. Manakpur secured the first position, Gurnoordeep Kaur of Punjab National Public School, Behrampur, Zamindara secured the second position and Navsirat Kaur of Hira Public School, Kainaur secured the third position. In the weight category of 58 kg, Jessica Rajput of HS Manakpur won first place and Taranjot Kaur of HS Semphalpur won second place. In the weight category of 60 kg, Basmeet Kaur of Hira Public School, Kainaur won first place and Navdeep Kaur of HS Semphalpur won second place.
